
Tage Andersson is Lecturer of Management in the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity, located on the Rockhampton campus, Australia. He joined CQUniversity with 20 years of engineering and management experience. He has worked in several senior management positions at companies such as Nokia, Cochlear and Fujitsu and has been responsible for project and program management, innovation and business development, operations and supply chain development, technology and engineering development. Tage Andersson received his B.Sc.E.E. and M.Sc.E. degrees in engineering and management from ‘Aarhus University’ in Denmark, and the ‘Technical University of Denmark’. In Australia he obtained his M.B.A. from CQUniversity. Tage is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. Tage is at home in Australia and Denmark.

Dr. Ross Chapman is Professor of Management and Director of Postgraduate Studies in the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity, based on the CQU Sydney campus, Australia. Between 2010 and 2014 he was Head of the Deakin Graduate School of Business at Deakin University. Prior to that he spent over 20 years the University of Western Sydney where he was promoted to Professor of Business Systems and was appointed to several positions including Head of School and Associate Dean (Research). Between 1979 and 1985, Ross worked for several large multinational companies in technical, QC/QA and R&D management positions. He has taught and researched predominantly in the areas of Quality, Innovation and Technology Management. He is author or co-author of 3 books and over 100 book chapters, refereed journal and conference papers in the above areas.
